My small dog (French Bulldog) absolutely shreds chew toys.These latex pigs are one of the few toys which last. He cannot seem to tear them.He does manage to damage the squeaker rather quickly, perhaps in a day or two, which does reduce how often he plays with them. However, he is always interested in a game of tug-o-war even after the squeaker has long since been damaged.If the squeaker would remain operational, this would be a perfect dog toy, with that said, this is a solid toy your puppy will enjoy.Chip loves his chickensFun dog toy!One of the best dog toy we have. We bought several latex toys for our puppy, but this are by far the best ones.I have been getting these for my pund puppy since I adopted him when he was 2. He is 8 now and has loved them. The squeaky stays working forever, and something about the texture. This is the only toy that he doesn't get chewed up. So when I purches my new baby boy I bought a few more. Just so there's plenty to go around. These last three I ordered however were disappointing. The chicken was great. Same sturdiness I have always gotten and believe me it needs to be sturdy. With a part pit and a American Bully the get tuff. But bother pigs stopped squeaking in a week. I have tried to fix them,but it won't last. The tube inside just won't stay in place. It's really sad, I love this brand. I'm hoping it's just a fluke. I will definitely purchase more. This is why I only gave one Star for sturdy & durable.My 7 year-old Boxer will self play for hours with these toys - both the chicken and pig. I've given these to friends for their dog's birthday with the same results... they love them. Not the most durable but worth the money given how much my dog plays with them.This is the only toy my dog likes i have to keep buying her the same toyHe loves these toys!!! He wags them around like a bone!!! Runs squeeking all the way to the barn everyday!!!
