Adult Folding Tricycle - 20/24/26 Inch 7-Speed Foldable Cruiser Bike with Large Shopping Basket | Perfect for Commuting, Grocery Shopping & Outdoor Recreation

Bought this bike as I got a 24 inch which was stated was for a pet 4' 11" to 5'9". Took to bike shop and paid $75.00 to have it assembled. And do to the bar where it collapses the bike I couldn't get onto the bike at all. And the seat was in the lowest position and then when I was able to get on it with help, when I peddled my knees were scrunched up. So tge bike owner said, to fix that the seat needed to be raised higher. And now that poses more of a problem getting onto the bike. Was told I will need a plastic step stool to stand on it to get on and off this bike. As once on it I'll have to place the plastic step stool in the basket and then use the rope my hubby attached to it, to pick it up off the ground once I'm on the bike. I'm not happy with this at all, as I can't return a bike that basically doesn't work for my height. DON'T BY THIS BIKE. If I would of known this was going to be a issue for me getting on it at my height of 5' I wouldn't of bought it. Now I'm out over $400.00 on a bike I'm not happy with and will have issues riding it. The bar that I can't get my leg over is in the second photo with a blue circle around it.Instructions estimated a little over 2 hours to assemble, triple that. You will have to retighten the bolts for the rear fenders, or use something to keep them from vibrating loose. We have already lost 3, one was missing at time of assembly. The seat post sank all the way down, and will not raise now. No idea how to prevent that from happening. So, we wish we had bought the 26” instead of the 24”. My grand daughter is 5’ 2” and her knees come up higher than the seat level. We can fit 4 bags of groceries into the basket. So plan on spending most of a day putting this together, and have some loctite on hand.We waited two months to get the tricycle. It is everything we wanted it to be, the wait was unreasonable. The chain guard send does not fit the trike - it must be for some other model. We were sent instructions for a one-speed bike and this one is a seven-speed. Had to take it to a bike shop to finish assembling it. Now that it is here and assembled, we love it - it was just a challenge to get here.One of the parts on this bike was broken when we received it. We also had to wait a while for the replacement part. This was frustrating as it was a gift.On 10/17 I reviewed this product unfavorably. While the review of the bike remains the same (defective), the seller did come through for me and refunded me the money I paid for the cost of the bike. The seller does try hard to work with its customers and meet their needs.This tricycle is by and large OK compared to the price. However, wheel rims are a little bent, so that the front wheel brake pad is intermittently touched by rim while running.The chain that came with the bike was to short. Had to take bike to bike shop to have one made. Chain guard screw hole was stripped. Directions were for a different bike. Total fiascoBike came VERY fast, but damaged. The front sprocket is bent to the point it will not hold a chain. I have contacted the seller. If they can't make it right, it will go back. It sucks we needed this for a beach trip in a few days, and I doubt it will happen.
