Fun fetch toy with squeaker to entice play
They are pretty good. The felt stuff was torn off pretty quick. But they are still okay. These are great for fetch- lightweight, durable and rewards the dog with squeaks. I think the patch of tennis ball material also holds in their spit and gives it an odor they love. But if you expect this ball to NOT roll into a storm drain because your dog isn’t paying attention, you’re out of luck.Well, it seems as though true aggressive chewers are not testing the toys made for them. I again only seem to have luck with the KONG toys and they don't last all that long but at least I get a few months out of them. I think a tire tube is in order....Our dog loves balls. Squeaky balls are another level. One of these had the squeaker die on day 2. Then he started peeking the tennis ball fuzz off because it didn't squeak anymore and didn't bounce well when you threw it.Kinda wish I had known it was fuzzy and not as durable, would have chosen something else.a nice squeaky ball lasted a day!Already chewed through.I cannot recommend this product! No personal issues against this ball, it just is not very durable, and lasted maybe a couple of uses. Would be great for dogs who have softer mouths! My Malinois is not one of those soft mouthed dogs so it was ruined pretty quickly. These are some of the only balls that actually hold up. I don’t allow these to be free chewed on. Sometimes I allow my dog to play with them in the house but they’re mostly used for fetch / catch and then put away.Just did not like the durability because it is easy within A-day for the dog to rip the 2 apart !!Did not survive for more than 15 minutes into the walk when the seams had come loose and after a bit it sank ?(And that was without him having a chance to lie down and try and pick it apart - just fetching and gnawing on it when returning)The squeaker continued for a bit which was fun, but unfortunately not very durable. The cheap ones last just as long / longer.(Photo is of culprit)I've tried several different types of tennis ball for the little doggo and keep coming back to these. The fur is nice and tight so it doesn't shred or fluff up too quickly, and the rubber sections are really bloody stuck on there! I'm currently on my 3rd or 4th order of these as the little guy (a frenchie) plays with them endlessly. I think the different textures are great too and could imagine it helps keep the gremlin stimulated whilst cleaning his teeth. From what I recall the squeaker doesn't last forever, nor would I expect or want it to! But the durability of the balls is great, for the countless hours of play you get out of them they really are worth it. I've never really had a worry about them being a choking hazard as they break down due to them coming apart relatively slowly; I just keep an eye on them and make the call to chuck it once anything eventually starts to come loose. We have a ball obsessed 11 month old boxer pup. He likes the normal kong squeaky balls but I hate taking those on walks as they are too close to the colour of the grass, especially when he's been playing at hiding them so we lose loads. I bought these as an attempt to buy something close to what he likes that we wouldn't lose so many of.He absolutely loves them. They lose their squeak relatively soon but the ball retains its shape and bounce despite the punishing boxer puppy regime.I have a 18 month staffie and these did not last more than a week. She ripped the material off each ball and then pulled the rubber part off and eventually got through the ball.Very disappointed and a waste of money.By 2 GSD’s get through the normal Kong balls fairly quickly hence I ordered theseThey won’t touch them the balls are so hard that you need a “jaws of life” to make them squeakThe material is so hard and clearly uncomfortable for them they won’t even play with themWaste of moneyKong sort thisAnd I don’t usually post reviews
