The suggestion was to order 2 sizes larger than what you would normally wear. I ordered an ex-large and it was a bit too big. I think a large would have worked better for me. It fit but that's because I bought it 2 sizes larger based on other reviews. I wear an xl and got a 3x which fit snug.
