Unfortunately, I have a relentless chewer who will not stop until he gets the squeakers out. It took less than 5 minutes for the first, then about an hour for the second. Be aware, there is stuffing, it’s just in the penguin’s head. He still plays with it, and it’s a cute toy for the money.So cute, but fell apart within first 24 hours of play :(Purchased for 14 pound Chihuahua-Min Pin mix. Fun toy but dog was able to break squeakers in 2 days. However the outer material is holding up well and is still a hit with the dog. 2 months later... this toy is the dog's number 1 toy.. He's chewed off the beak and the squeakers are history but it's still the Best Thing!Our puppy loves his penguin. REALLY loves it. However, his trainer has suggested that plush toys like this will lead him to believe that other "plush" objects (pillows, couch cushions and quilts, for example) are also fair game. So the poor penguin has been banished to a high self in the closet.My 8 pound Yorkie loves this! I like that it has two squeakers at either end. She starts chewing on one end then bites her way to the other when I squeak it. She's too small to bite the squeaker herself but thinks she's got a chance!Great little toy for my weimieThe toy is large and cute. My small dog chewed through it in 10 minutes.
