I remember purchasing this remix CD in early 1992 through some mail-order company (probably found in the fab magazine, Goldmine). You have to remember this was years before the internet.Madonna had made such a huge impact from 1989 to 1992 and this remix CD celebrated the music and mostly in particular, the dance music she had created as a new decade was upon us.The remixes are very good, especially "Keep it Together," which has always been one of my least favorite Madonna tracks but in remix form, it's very bearable.Madonna would later go on to become the Queen of not only the dance music world, but pop music altogether, collecting 40 No. 1 dance hits. And this little disc, along with 1987's deliriously danceable "You Can Dance" planted that seed.
